Master Tracker features assure that every chart entered into the CRIS system, remains in the system forever. You may define as many "permanent" file locations as necessary to meet your needs.
Master Tracker keeps track of chart activity. It will create lists of inactive records to be purged for microfilm or offsite storage.
All location tracking features are fully functional using Bar Coding options.
Chart location tracking
Charts can be signed out of the department, or signed back in, using bar codes. The window below shows the entry screen for a unit record system (i.e., only the medical record is needed). The data lines grayed out on the right will be filled in automatically with data from either the Incomplete system (if the chart is incomplete), or from Master Tracker (if the chart is in permanent file).
Data can be keyed, or bar code wanded. The fields displayed on the screen are customizable.
