CRIS’s MD address database keeps a number of pieces of information for each MD. It includes the address and phone numbers, which are used to address the letters, or fax the letters to the MD’s. It also compiles data on the dates of suspension and reinstatement, vacations, numbers of delinquent charts, and last visit dates to the department.
There are 3 tabs that keep detailed MD specific information. Address, phone, fax, email, details regarding doctor's delinquent notices, suspensions, and vacation periods are all kept.
