CRIS-Windows has an integrated Chart Quality Assurance system. The chart quality deficiencies are entered by the Analyst when she/he analyzes the chart for deficiencies. Chart quality deficiencies are whatever the user defines them to be. Examples include such things as Op report not completed within 24 hours, missing pap smear, H&P not dictated within 24 hours of admission, consult ordered but no findings listed, etc.. The Quality Assurance system has a number of reports as illustrated below:
The chart quality report menu provides monthly reports, annual reports and a variety of summary reports.
