Record completion

When the Analysis is completed, a bar code label and a bar coded deficiency sheet can be printed (see Report samples for an example). The chart is now in the CRIS Incomplete system. Any future activity on the chart that occurs in Text results in the deficiency being automatically updated in CRIS. The bar code deficiency sheets can also be used to take semi-automated actions on the chart, or the chart deficiencies can be viewed and manually updated at any time as shown in the screen below:

This screen provides very powerful editing options. Starting at the top left, you can show all

other MD’s (all discharges) on the chart, view all the edits already performed on the chart, print a pull-list of all the charts for the highlighted MD, or add an MD to the chart. You can also delete the chart, edit the chart, move it to transcription/hold, or move it to another chart location. By pressing on the tabs at the top of the screen, you can view all the charts on Transcription/hold, and in active chart tracking.
