Enterprise Edition - CRIS Windows32
Enterprise Edition-Overview
In the Enterprise Edition CRIS-Windows32
enables a user (with password) to:
- View data
- Run reports
- Print/fax MD delinquent letters
- Maintain joint suspension policies
|
for |
- Your facility/site
- Another facility/site
- Integrated data across a choice of facilities
- Develop joint suspension list, which is then propagated
back to the individual facilities
|
CRIS-Windows32 can optionally create its
integrative reports on a user's local drive, or on the network drive:
- Local drive. If the integrative reports are created on the user's local drive,
each network workstation could conceivably be working on different combinations of the
integrative reports. Thus workstation A could be developing reports that integrate
Facility 1 and Facility 2, while workstation B could be developing reports that integrate
Facility's 3 through 6.
- Network drive. If the reports are created on the network
drive, then all workstations would see the same integrated databases. An Integrative
Password is used to control the access to, or creation of, the integrative databases.
Operational steps
After the Enterprise Edition has been
setup, it is very easy to use in operations. To create an integrated database and use if
typically involves the following steps:
- Select Utilities|Multisite and type in the Multisite
password
- Select the desired facilities from the Current facilities
list box.
- Press the Create Integrated database button. After it is
created click on Exit. At this point you're back into CRIS and any of the Incomplete
reports and letters can be printed!
