Letters to MD’s

CRIS has a built in word processor that lets you modify your letters to the MD’s and other providers. Up to 8 different letters can be defined. Separate letters can be sent to House Staff. Delinquent time periods are customizable down to the individual type of deficiency. Numbers of delinquent charts and suspensions are kept for use in the Credentialing process. CRIS-FAX can be used to directly fax the letters to MD’s from the CRIS computer without the user ever touching the letter! The screen below shows the letter screen for both printing and faxing (CRIS faxes the letter if the MD has a fax number in the MD address database).
